RESOLVED: Email Performance Issue

UPDATE Monday 7th February 2011 8:00pm:
As of 7:00pm all mail service has been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience. We are continuing to work with our 3rd party storage vendor to diagnose the precise cause of the issues and deliver a permanent resolution.

We would like to stress that no email has been lost as a result of this issue.

Monday 7th February 2011 9:35am:
Some customers are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues on POP3, IMAP and Webmail services. We are working to resolve this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
